Leather Purchases
Leather is a highly variable product. It will vary in size, shades of color, and imperfections (e.g. scars, marks, brands, etc).
We will strive to make sure that your card authorization amount is sufficient. In rare cases it may be necessary to charge additional amounts. Typically, this will be for larger than average sides of leather or unexpected shipping costs.
If you have concerns with your purchase or charges, you are always welcome to contact us. We are happy to work with you to make sure you are satisfied.
