Shipping Options and Cost: We offer shipping via USPS, FedEx and UPS, which are selectable options during checkout. As the costs at checkout are only estimations, any shipping options with price inaccuracies are subject to either 1) a change to another shipping method with similar costs, unless particular shipping methods are specifically disallowed in the order notes or 2) eventual additional charges to your pre-authorized amount for the order. For alternate or special shipping requests, please call us toll free Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (MST).
Note that certain products that are ORM-D class commodities, such as flammable cements, glues, dyes and thinners, must be shipped via UPS. If another method is selected, we may have to charge additional shipping costs as UPS tends to be the more expensive of the three options.
Our shipping charges are calculated by our shipping carriers, and are based on package weight, size & distance shipped. To preview shipping charges, our online shopping cart will calculate the shipping costs based on the method you chose. Orders will ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30pm (MST). Please note, we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Partial Shipments: At Montana Leather Company, our service goal is to fulfill your order promptly and keep you posted as to the status of your order. On any out-of-stock issues, you will be contacted with the anticipated ship date.
International Customers: International orders will be shipped via USPS, unless an alternate method is requested. Orders will be processed on the day of shipment with confirmation of the shipping charges.
International customers will be responsible for duties & taxes based on your individual country. Canadian customers, ground brokerage is not included.
