Hey Richard, these soles are trimmable so they can fit whatever size shoe you have, but they measure 8" long by 5.5" wide.

I’m not a cobbler, just a guy trying to get more life out of my boots. I ordered several styles of tread to see how they differ. These are thin and harder material. Seems like they would be good for sliding on the dance floor. I didn’t use these for my current project.
