Hey Corey, I'd go with a large in your case, an x-small for your youth size 1, and a medium for your youth size 6.
Hey LK, these moccasins can be worn outside, but they will get wet and/or dirty. You can apply things like waterproofers and cleaners to maintain them, but it's probably best to just wear them indoors.
