Gorgeous medium brown pull up bison leather.
A distressed, bison leather in medium brown. Maintains a waxy finish with rich, pull up undertones. At 5 to 6 ounces thick (5/64″ – 3/32″) and soft to medium in temper, these sides are perfect for bags, packs, straps, shoes and more. Available in cut pieces.

Hey Preston, our Apache sides are about 5/32" or so, which would mean it would be 5 oz weight, or thickness.
Hey Austin, that is correct. Our Apache bison line is chrome tanned. We have a section dedicated to veg tan leathers, and otherwise all of our other leathers are chrome tanned.
Hey Bobby, the sides come from US bison, but the leather is tanned in Mexico.

This hide could not be more gorgeous. It’s supple, it feels so good in the hand. This is the first hide I have ever bought as I delve into leatherworking and the bags and wallets I have made from this hide, I could not imagine them being any more beautiful.
