Hey J, the rawhide lace is about 1/16" to 3/32" thick on average.

Hey Sonny! We do not offer 1" spools or anything more than selection already on the website here. If you want custom sized lace, the only way I can offer it to you is by offering a side of cow rawhide, which you can then cut to your liking.

Happy to have found this product. Why didn’t using rawhide dawn on me 5 decades ago? I do wish the thickness was consistent throughout the bundle I received.
